YOU PROVIDE
SHOW: Full cast and crew to run the show, including Stage Manager and Tech Operator, all script, set and costume requirements
TECH: Any further technical requirements outside of our simple house-rig
MARKETING: Your own press and publicity, artwork and copy, inline with The Vaults' in-house branding
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
This is a dry-hire model, with an agreed weekly or daily hire fee. This weekly fee is inclusive of venue hire, waste collection, Wi-Fi, and all utlities. The cost of staffing will be listed separately, based on your capacity and time on-site. At the moment, we are sadly un-able to offer co-productions or box-office splits.
SHOW SCHEDULES
From January 2026, we are aiming to programme shows with runs of 1 to 6 weeks.
A week is Monday-Sunday, with Get-In and rehearsal time 10am-6pm Monday and Tuesday, and a Get Out time of 4 hours after your final production. Suggested show schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, but can be variable based on your preference. Performance start times to be directed by The Vaults team, to ensure productions in adjacent tunnels do not clash!

OUR HIRE MODEL
The Vaults receives external productions, as well as co-producing work and creating our own shows in-house. As an artist or producer of work, we invite you to bring your own productions to our newly revamped Theatre, available from January 2026.
WE PROVIDE
VENUE: A light touch Vaults-y style theatre stage and auditorium
FACILITIES: Box Office located in adjacent tunnel, with audience toilets
DRESSING ROOMS: One dressing room suitable for up to 4 people
TECH: A basic technical rig, including speakers, sound desk and basic lighting
BAR: A fully staffed, stocked and run bar
STAFFING: All front of house and security staffing
TICKETING: We run a fully managed ticketing platform on your behalf. You take 100% of ticket income, priced at your discretion, in collaboration with us.
MARKETING: We will host your show on our website, with 1x mailout to The Vaults' mailing list. We will support your show via social media
REHEARSAL SPACE: Subject to availability, free rehearsal space during your hire either at The Vaults or Vaulty Towers
