We run three artistic venues on Lower Marsh, Waterloo:
The Vaults: an immersive events and theatre space
Vaulty Towers: a theatrical pub and late-night drinks spot
Deja Vaulty Vu: a brand new restaurant
Between these venues, we are currently hiring: Bar Staff, FoH Staff, Waiting Staff, Kitchen Porters, Maitre D's, Security, and Chefs.
This is your chance to come on board, we are expanding our team of Bar Staff and Managers, Waiters and Maitre D's, Duty Managers and Assistants, Box Office, Cloakroom and Security staff.
Pay rates range from £14.24 - £17.87 an hour (inc holiday pay) based on the role, and staff are paid monthly via PAYE. You choose the shifts, so are in control of your hours and the type of work you do.

£14.24 an hour (inc holiday pay, paid once a month via paye - must be over 18, have proof of right to work and NI number)
• Bar Staff : taking orders, making drinks etc, previous experience preferred
• Waiting Staff : carrying food and drinks to the customers, previous experience preferred
• Kitchen Porter : helping to keep the kitchen clean and tidy and running smoothly, no experience needed
£15.60 an hour (inc holiday pay, paid once a month via paye - must be over 18, have proof of right to work and NI number)
• Maitre D' : keeping the restaurant organised and running smoothly. Experience required
£17.87 an hour (inc holiday pay, paid once a month via paye - must be over 18, have proof of right to work and NI number)
• Security : Sia door supervisor (must have an SIA badge). Experience required
£ Dependant on experience
• Chef : to take the lead on breakfast service at Deja Vaulty Vu (hrs 6am - 12 midday). Experience required. Possible salary role for the right person
• Sous Chef : part of the team at Vaulty Towers, a simpler service than Deja, but need ability to work alone. Experience required
With different events/productions taking place throughout the year, staff have the comfort of working for a team that they know, with the variety to keep things interesting! And by joining the Vaultsy team, you have the opportunity to work in some of London's most exciting venues, on amazing shows/experiences, as we also provide staff to other productions and venues.
We have a mixture of short term staff (who work alongside their studies or other jobs) and long-term staff who have been here for years (or like to return between their different adventures) so we must be doing something right! We are keen to help people identify their strengths and interests, and help support them to achieve their goals, from training and promotions to become managers, or moving staff from the front of house team to perform in shows, work in the art department etc.
